okey, this time i want to give you information about my practice on course "Sanitation of food and Beverages"
as usual, i was in the group.. our group of 5.
this time, we are visited food processing food "otak-otak" ---> food made from mackerel wrapped in banana leaves.
there place, we are looked how to processing the fish, from selection of material, to packaging and cooking.

eventhough so tiring, we are so happy.. and we got new experience... 

and the last,, otak-otak so delicious without chemical... 

all material, using nature material...
